As our IT Sales Specialist, you'll be the first commercial hire focused on growing the client pipeline for our products and custom development services. You'll work closely with the founding team and our engineers to understand what we build, who it's for, and how to reach them.

Research and qualify opportunities across EU and international markets. Own the outbound process through cold outreach, LinkedIn and events.
Lead conversations with technical and commercial decision-makers. Translate product capabilities into a clear commercial answer.
Produce quotations, proposals and contracts together with the delivery team. Ensure scope, timeline and pricing are aligned before signature.
Own contract terms, negotiate commercials and close deals. Hand off cleanly to the project team for a smooth start.
Keep the CRM accurate and current. Provide reliable forecasts, account notes and reporting to the leadership team.
Attend industry events, trade fairs and client meetings where it supports pipeline development and partnership building.
